Dr. Walker is retiring

To the patients at Mansfield Family Practice

After more than 37 years as a Family Physician at Mansfield Family Practice, I will be retiring April 30, 2018. This is a decision I make with mixed emotions. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a physician in this community. I appreciate and want to thank you all for the trust you have given me with your health care. I am now ready for my life to change and am looking forward to focusing on my family and other interests outside the realm of medicine.

Mansfield Family Practice was established in 1976 and I joined the practice in 1980. It has been and continues to be dedicated to remain an independent practice owned and operated by the physician partners. We have always served the needs of all those who have identified one of us as their primary care health provider and MFP will continue to do so. As you are an established patient at Mansfield Family Practice the other physicians, Dr. Dardick, Dr. Madraswalla, Dr. Winakor and Dr. Hughes, along with the help of Maura Baker, APRN, and Michele Cooper, PA will continue to see you for Well Care, ongoing problems, and acute needs when they arise. We are also recruiting a new Physician to join them.

I will be on the schedule and available through April, 2018. As always, do not hesitate to call and make an appointment for any of your health care needs. I, or one of the other Providers, will be there for you.

If you have questions please contact our Practice Administrator, speak to me, or any one of the other physicians at Mansfield Family Practice.

It has been a pleasure serving you and Mansfield Family Practice will continue to be there for you.

Sincerely,

Nelson C. Walker II, MD
